-1/4 cup raw cashews soaked for at least 2 hours, drained and rinsed
-1 tbsp milk
-1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
-1 1/2 fresh dill or chives
-1 1/2 fresh parsley
-1 garlic clove
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Mix together the dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. If it’s too thick, add some milk or water.
