Before I started working with Sabrina , I was in a vicious cycle of tracking & measuring all my foods, working out hardcore, and then any little setback in my progress would put me off track. My mission is to help women rewire their brains away from diet culture, foster a healthy & peaceful relationship with food, feel confident in their bodies, and create sustainable, healthy habits that lasts.

After struggling through years of eating disorders, exercise addiction, body dysmorphia and self-criticism, I decided I could not keeping living my life in an endless pursuit of a "dream body" that I thought would finally make me happy.

I was done with the negative self-talk, social isolation, depression & anxiety, fatigue, hunger and feelings of failure that came along with dieting and the pursuit of weight loss.

After hitting my own diet rock bottom, I knew something had to change, which lead me on a journey of self-discovery & healing. I discovered Intuitive Eating, along with a whole new world personal development that lead me to where I am today.
