ABOUT CONTROL & FEAR
"I'm terrified that if I stop tracking and following rules, I'll completely lose control."
ABOUT THE BINGE-RESTRICT CYCLE
"I can go weeks or months perfectly on track — but the moment I slip, it's like a switch goes off in my mind and I completely lose control. Every. single. time."
ABOUT EATING IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS
"I analyze the menu before I even get there. And sometimes I just don't go at all. It's easier than dealing with the anxiety."
ABOUT EMOTIONAL EATING
"Food is what I reach for when I'm stressed, bored, overwhelmed, sad. Even when I'm happy. It feels like food has power over me.
ABOUT PROGRESS THAT ISN'T ENOUGH
"I've made some progress. I don't binge like I used to, but food still hijacks my mind and is so much harder than it needs to be. I'm exhausted and don't know what else to try."
ABOUT BEING PRESENT
"I hate feeling like I'm only half-present with the people I love. I'm in the middle of a conversation but half of my brain is thinking about food. "
ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT
"I just want food and eating to be easy. I don't want to have to think about it all the time. I just want my life back."

This is where we'll uncover your unique Food Operating System - the hidden patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that have been running your relationship with food on autopilot, outside your awareness.
We'll identify the specific functions food has been serving in your life so you can stop fighting the symptom and start addressing what's actually underneath.
You'll map exactly where you are across all areas of healing so you know precisely what to focus on.
And finally, we'll build the foundation of self-awareness that makes true change possible.

You'll learn how to reconnect with your body's natural hunger and fullness signals so you can nourish yourself with confidence - without tracking, counting, or obsessing over every bite.
You'll start eating in a way that feels genuinely satisfying - mentally and physically so that food stops feeling like something to manage and starts feeling like something to enjoy.
We'll shift eating from an act of control or compensation into an act of genuine self-care.
And you'll begin building real, lasting body trust that will guide you in every decision moving forward.

You'll discover exactly how your nervous system has been using food as a regulation strategy - and why no amount of willpower can override a survival response.
We'll build a personal toolkit for navigating stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and difficult emotions without needing to reach for food.
We'll expand your window of tolerance so hard feelings stop feeling like emergencies that need immediate relief.
And you'll finally break the emotional eating/restriction cycle at the root - not by avoiding emotions, but by learning to actually release them.

You'll identify and release the subconscious beliefs about food, your body, and your worth that have been keeping you locked in the same patterns for years.
You'll break free from the food rules, all-or-nothing thinking, and inner critic that treats every slip like a moral failure.
We will rewire the neural pathways driving your relationship with food - so that new patterns don't just feel possible, they feel natural and automatic.
Finally, you'll shift your identity at the deepest level: from someone who struggles with food to someone for whom food is just food.

Now that you have built a healthy foundation, you have the right skills and mindsets to establish a sustainable lifestyle around food, movement, and self-care that feels natural and fulfilling - without rigid rules or constant effort.
You'll learn the psychology of lasting behaviour change so that you can create any habit that will serve you, and know that it will actually stick.
You'll integrate everything you've rewired into your daily life - so it sticks not just while you're in the program, but permanently.
We'll create your personalized game plan for navigating setbacks, social situations, and hard seasons without losing ground.
You'll step fully into the identity of a woman for whom food is easy, trust is natural, and life isn't organized around what she ate.

Hear it from the FFA girls themselves

This picture was taken right after a binge at a wine & cheese night. I had to leave early because I felt so sick from overeating.

THIS IS MY LIFE NOW

Hear it from the FFA girls themselves

THIS IS MY LIFE NOW

A permanent shift in your relationship with food - not a temporary fix.
Freedom from the restrict-binge cycle, food noise, perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking.
Deep trust in your own body's wisdom and intuition.
Your own version of health that encompasses your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Confidence in your nutrition choices without needing to follow anyone else's rules.
A relationship with your body built on respect, not punishment.
A way of eating that leaves room for both nourishment and pleasure - without guilt on either end.
A meal plan or food rules to follow.
Anyone telling you what you can or can't eat.
Being told to "just eat whatever you want" without any regard to health or how it makes you feel.
"Just listen to your body" advice without actually teaching you HOW.
Intuitive eating in theory without the nervous system work to make it feel safe.
Surface-level strategies that don't survive a stressful week.
Shame, judgment, or diet culture language.
The pressure to love your body before you feel ready to.

The pressure to love your body before you feel ready to.

You've done enough surface-level work to know the surface isn't where the answer lives.
You're ready to do internal work — not just understand your patterns intellectually, but actually feel and work through them.
You're ready to make this a real priority alongside your real life — not waiting for the perfect moment.
You're ready to be guided and fully supported — and you understand your results depend on you showing up.
You're done trying to manage this and ready to actually heal it at the root.
You know another set of rules isn't the answer — and you're ready to find out what actually is.

You're looking for a meal plan or a new set of rules to follow — FFA does the opposite.
You want to be told exactly what to eat rather than learning to trust yourself.
You expect transformation to happen passively — without doing the exercises, showing up, or applying the work to your real life.'
You're not willing to take an honest look at the patterns, beliefs, and emotional habits underneath the food stuff.
You have an active eating disorder that requires clinical treatment first — FFA works beautifully alongside therapy, but it's not a substitute for clinical care.

I am really busy! How much time will this require?
I soooo get it. Most of our Food Freedom Academy members are incredibly busy - managing families, working full-time, and juggling many things at once.
You can expect to dedicate 1-2 hours each week on the content, plus the coaching calls. This can be split into mini chunks throughout the week. This can look like:
• Listening to a lesson while doing chores.
• Attending the coaching calls from your car, couch, or work
• Doing one of the exercises while in a waiting room
• Cutting the lessons into 10-minute chunks you do every night
You can move more slowly or quickly through the course as you wish!
I know you've likely been burnt many times before — promised something "different" and life-changing, only to be disappointed. No wonder you're skeptical!
I've seen a lot of programs, and here's what makes Food Freedom Academy actually different:
It gets to the actual root. Most programs are working at the wrong level. They're focused on what you eat, when you eat, how to handle cravings — the surface-level things. But that's not where the problem lives. FFA works at the level of what's actually driving all of it — your nervous system, your subconscious patterns, the identity you've been carrying around food your whole life. That's why the results stick. We're not managing symptoms, we're healing what's creating them in the first place.
It's designed to teach you how to be your own coach. This is actually the thing I'm most proud of. Most programs keep you dependent — on the rules, the coach, or the next protocol. FFA does the opposite. It teaches you the WHY and the HOW behind your patterns so you can become your own coach. You'll learn to challenge and change your own thoughts, recognize what's happening in your body, and trust yourself to keep healing and evolving — long after the program ends and completely independently of me. My #1 goal is to see you go off on your own and not need me anymore.
It brings together everything that actually works, in the right order. Psychology, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, identity work, behavior change, self-compassion, community. Most programs give you one piece. FFA gives you the whole picture, structured in a way that builds on itself so nothing gets skipped and nothing gets wasted.
And you're not doing this alone. You have a team behind you. Live coaching calls with me, a private community, a space to ask me questions 24/7, personalized feedback, and a 24/7 AI coach in your pocket. This isn't a course you buy and forget about. It's a fully supported experience.
Intuitive eating is a really valuable framework and has truly helped so many women heal their relationship with food!
With that in mind, what I've seen happen is women try to eat intuitively, and it feels confusing, frustrating and out of control. Their food noise gets louder, they can't seem to listen to their bodies, and their overeating gets worse.
That's not because intuitive eating is wrong. It's because something has to happen first.
If your nervous system has been using food as a regulation strategy for years, "just listen to your body" won't feel safe. If your subconscious mind has decades of programming that says food is dangerous, comfort, control, or identity… no amount of permission will make eating feel neutral.
FFA builds the foundation that makes intuitive eating actually possible. We regulate the nervous system first. We do the subconscious work. We heal the identity stuff. So that by the time you're eating more freely, it genuinely feels peaceful — not chaotic or temporary.
Intuitive eating is the destination. FFA is how you actually get there.
Coaching calls are honestly one of my favorite parts of FFA, and one of the things the FFA girls tell me they get the most from.
Twice-monthly Q&A coaching calls on Zoom, 60-90 minutes each. Before each call you'll get a Q&A form to submit your question ahead of time - so your question gets answered whether you make it live or not. On the call we share wins and struggles, then you can listen in or get coached directly. Because everyone is at a different stage, no two calls are the same - and you'll often learn the most from someone else's question.
Monthly orientation and momentum call - we welcome new members, set the tone for the month, and get everyone's head in the right place. Current members love this one too.
Can't make it live? Every call is recorded and organized by date so you never miss out.
The course content is yours for life, so you can return to any phase, lesson, or tool whenever you want to go deeper on something.
By the end of your 12 weeks, you'll have everything you need to eat in a way that feels peaceful, self-trusting, and genuinely easy. If you want to continue getting the support of my coaching and the community, you'll have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis for as long as you want, with ongoing access to coaching calls, the community, and everything inside!
Absolutely! FFA doesn't tell you what to eat, it helps you heal your relationship with food so you can make choices that feel right for your body and your values.
Whether you eat a specific way for health reasons, ethical reasons, or personal preference, the work inside FFA is completely compatible. In fact, many of our members come in already following a specific way of eating, and what they find is that the food noise, the anxiety, and the all-or-nothing thinking around that way of eating quiets down significantly.
The goal isn't to change how you eat. It's to heal the intention behind your food choices so that they come from genuine self-love and nourishment, not fear or punishment.
FFA is a coaching and education program, not a clinical treatment program. If you are currently navigating an active eating disorder or working with a clinical treatment team, please consult your provider before enrolling to confirm this program is appropriate for your current stage of recovery.
That said, FFA works beautifully alongside therapy and clinical support - many members are in therapy while going through the program and find the two complement each other really well.
You get lifetime access to the course, including all future updates. Once you're in, you're in. The content is yours to return to whenever you need it, for as long as you need it.
While weight loss may be a byproduct of healing your relationship with food, it's not the primary goal of FFA.
The primary goal is to help you break free from food obsession, emotional eating, and bingeing - so you can experience genuine freedom and peace around food and your body.
The program focuses on deep, lasting transformation that leads to a balanced, sustainable, and nourished life that feels good physically, mentally, and emotionally. If weight loss happens along the way, it's because you are finally nourishing your body and moving from a place of self-love and alignment with your body - not restriction or short-term extremes!
