Flourless Protein Brownies

Protein Brownies

Serves: 8

Prep time : 5 minutes + 20 minutes bake time


-1/2 tsp baking powder

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-3 tbsp chocolate protein powder

-1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

-1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (or any type of nut butter)

-Dash of salt

-Optional toppings: nuts, chocolate frosting, berries, nut butters, nutella.


1-preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2-Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Spread batter into pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for at least 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry (less than 20 minutes for extra fudgey brownies). Let cool completely before serving.
