Meet Your Food Freedom Mentor

Hey, I'm Sabrina Magnan! I'm a Food Freedom Coach & Intuitive Eating Expert who helps people improve their relationship with food & free themselves from overeating and yo-yo dieting for good. 🌸

What brought me to this path? In short, it's because I wasted nearly a decade of my life obsessed with food & my body.

I tried to control every bite of food I ate through calorie counting, (hello MyFitnessPal), fasting, diets and food rules. The irony was that the more I tried to control my food, the more out of control I became.

I was trapped in a never-ending cycle of restricting ➡️ bingeing, leading to overwhelming guilt & shame about my eating.

I felt like a total failure, unable to figure out how to just be "normal" around food like everyone else.

Hitting my rock bottom made me realize that I couldn't keep living this way - endlessly dieting & controlled by food.

I progressively let go of dieting & restricting, and discovered Intuitive Eating. Figuring out how to heal my relationship with food on my own was far from easy, but after years of trial-and-error, I eventually found balance & peace with eating. Recovery wasn't easy, but it has truly changed my entire life. 💜

Through my own struggles, I realized that the Intuitive Eating journey is hard, and nobody should have to do this alone. So, I became a Holistic Health Coach & made it my mission to help others overcome theirs fears & obsession with food.

Through my Food Freedom Academy Group Coaching, podcast & individual mentorship, I've helped thousands of people overcome disordered eating, food obsession and body image issues.
